I work with adults who experience their inner and outer worlds with depth and intensity, offering integrative and somatic trauma care that meets you with understanding and respect. Many of the people I support identify as highly sensitive or neurodivergent, though not all use those words. What they often share is a nervous system that feels everything deeply, and a longing to move from overwhelm toward grounded embodiment, from reactivity toward choice. It is my honor and passion to meet people with genuine curiosity and openness to learn about how they have survived, have lived, and wish to live going forward. I'm here to support them in being agents of change and acceptance.
