I bring over 20 years of experience threading together the fields of mental health, spirituality, and creativity. I offer integrative soul work from a shamanic perspective which weaves together story and archetype, the natural world, creative process, and shamanic practice with practical tools based in neuroscience for deep, integrative healing that allows body, heart, mind, and soul to all be in the room.
