I'm a trauma-informed therapist in private practice in Round Rock, working primarily with women navigating anxiety, perfectionism, chronic health issues, and relational trauma. My approach is rooted in parts work, attachment theory, and EMDR. I’m especially interested in how early relational dynamics shape self-worth, boundaries, and nervous system regulation.
