As a queer and neurodivergent therapist I enjoy working with others who are often viewed as different. I specialize in working with late identified neurodivergent adults and folks from the LGBTQ+ community. Folks who live outside of the box often experience the world through a different lens that presents significant challenges in our daily lives. We often strive to be perfect just to feel adequate, take on the role of "helper" at the cost of learning about our own needs, and struggle in our ability to experience security and satisfaction in relationships. I intentionally customize my approach to meet the unique needs of each client. It is my honor to act as a guide in the process of healing, finding yourself, and letting go of old patterns that no longer serve you.
