Alice Kelly, LMFT, CST is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Sex Therapist in private practice in the Austin area. She received her master’s degree in marriage and family therapy at Capella University and completed training at Capitol Area Counseling. Alice takes a personalized approach to therapy, tailoring her approach to each client. Her approach is grounded in empathy and collaboration, she believes in fostering a trusting relationship with each client to empower them to reach their goals. Creating a safe, brave, and nonjudgmental space for discussing self, sex, relationships, and mental health. Alice offers counseling for individuals, couples, teens, and families, and welcomes diverse genders, sexualities, and unique relationship dynamics. Alice uses a variety of approaches with training in the Gottman Method Level 1 and 2, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and others. She is a learner at heart, often listening to podcasts, reading books and researching, attending different training courses, expanding her knowledge on evidence-based therapeutic techniques and approaches to enhance her therapy skills.
