Kaitlyn is AINC's Administrative Assistant. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the College of Charleston and over five years of experience as a nanny in Austin, Kaitlyn has long been passionate about internal family systems and the impact of early experiences on adult life. Her attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and love of learning make her an integral part of the team–from planning events to supporting members with care and efficiency. Kaitlyn is an avid practitioner of yoga and has a Golden Retriever named Tucker, who will soon be a registered therapy dog!
